Journalling could be one happy hobby that you can pick up any day. Writing is not just a good and recommended creative hobby but it can be also very thereaupatic. Here's why...
Here are Few Benefits of Writing Journal Regularly:
1. Removes the Stress Weed
With the brain working up all day (even during sleep), it gets loaded with too many thoughts and each branching out in its own like a pumpin, creating a choatic net of weed in our mental garden. Journaling is like a sprucing process. It makes us feelslighter and clearer as we pour out all those buzzing thoughts out of us.

Writing a journal always helps in improving memory. A person tend to remember things better, or get different perspectives to the same inicident, when they write more.

Storytelling is quite a sought after skill these days. Writing regularly definetly helps people construct their thoughts and narration better.

People who think they are less confident and always nervous about things, can really try journaling, as it is a safe space where they can be themeselves and start expressing their inner thoughts. Soon, that will help them to understand themselves better.

Most of the time, we are overwhelmed with our mind running across everywhere putting us in a state of acute mental diarreah (not a real disease). There should not be any rules to follow when journaling. It is an empty canvas, we can rule it the way we want and create our own fun rules, or none at all. Write in black & white or fill it with colours, or paste your junks and create a creative junk journal - journaling should be all about having immense fun all the way.
